My boyfriend and I moved into a capricorn recently with another mutual friend and so far everything is going alright. I see a lot of negative feedback and I have to say it does bother me a little, but I understand that some people have problems while others don't. The only "problems" we have experienced during the whole leasing process and moving in are minor human errors. Human beings make mistakes. It takes a lot to run an apartment complex and I think they are doing a good job. ------ helped us through everything and he has a pretty good personality. I don't know anyone else that works in the office really soooo I can't really say anything about them. I'll keep everyone posted if something goes terribly wrong ;)

Don't worry, something will go wrong, you only recently moved in. Most of my problems occured towards the time I moved out. Also, don't count on '------' being there long. They change out management and staff frequently, and you will hardly ever see the same people in the office. Check back in 6 months to a year- and let us know how its going! Good luck!
