My son and I moved in about a month ago and I have had nothing but great responses from the staff. I live in a first floor apartment in the older section of the complex. I have no complaints about my neighbor's movements; sure I hear when they vacumn, but it is an apartment. I was not informed of the monthly water/sewer charges when I signed my lease, but they are minimal and someone has to pay for them; it just would have been nice to know up front.
There are limited carports and garages near my building which is a little frustrating, not sure how long I will remain on the list.
Overall, my impression of what I have been offered has been great and I would recommend Latitudes to anyone who asked.

Because people have complained about their move-in being so bad...mine was not! So far I have been very happy there.
