This is the first apartment my husband and I have lived in. Compared to other apartments in the city, this one was nice at a decent price. Satellite has to be through them. I called all over and no one would do it. We do have ATT for internet though. All of our maintenance issues have always been taken care of promptly. The layout of the apartment sucks. To move in we had to take off the front door. The kitchen is really small, not for someone who likes to entertain or cook/bake a lot. This year (2009) they seem to be slacking on plowing and putting down salt. We bought some of our own though. The biggest complaint I have is the poeple who live below us. We've lived here for 2 years and won't be staying another, it's becoming too small. When we looked at it they told us they walls were specially engineered so we wouldn't hear people. The people above us have 2 little dogs and I never hear them, but I think for the most part we have good neighbors. Also, we live on the 2nd story and we don't have to turn on the heat until December, so keep that in mind. It's very easy to get too hot in there.
