They charged me one more day rent (they told me it is because that I gave back them the notice for not reviewing lease 59 days before the ending of lease, and as I recall, I return that notice right after I got it.)
They also charged me for painting, and I did check everything before I moved out, I also confirmed with them one week after I moved out, and at that time, I was told everything was good and acceptable.

The EXACT SAME THING happened to me - demand to see your notice to vacate with the date written on it. There should be some way that they mark that it was received. Also, demand the full invoice from them for painting. They aren't invoices, they are basically scraps of paper scribbled on by the "painting company". Do not believe ANYTHING that these idiots do or say, they are all incompetent ---------! The ------ manager ----- didn't even return my calls or emails so I had to go to the corporate office to have them MAKE HER! Good luck, these people are real ---- for brains!

Same with us. They casually lost our 60 day notice so we've been stuck here an extra 24 days... I hate this place.

same thing happened to me, I was notified almost a month after the fact of my rent renewel notice, wich in order to put in a proper 60 day notice to vacate. If I would have received it from the date of the letter I would have been able to move out when my lease was up, however that was not the case I had to stay an addition month after my lease which I was quoted a fee and when it came time to pay it they jacked up the price. I told the girl in the office didn't have that amount, she told me to pay what I had and they would bill me for the rest. Indeed they did. The money I sent was sent back to me, and was told to contact the atty office, because now it was going to court for an eviction....WHEN I WAS ALREADY MOVING OUT! HELLO 60 NOTICE TO VACATE WAS TURNED IN. I ended up having to pay over 800.00 in their atty fees on top of all the move out fees I got stuck with. I was completely screwed over by this property!
