Good:Friendly staff, nice scenery, enough overflow parking, low crime
Bad: ants, mice in winter, noisy, poor insulation, no cable.
I believe this is my 5th apt. I have never lived in a place with such poor insulation. During the winter I shut off all of my vents except bedroom to keep it warm. Eventually got a portable heater. I hear my neighbors walking, the dogs galloping and howling and as a bonus... from my bedroom I can hear my neighbor wizzing in their toilet. ( Think of Tom Hanks in League of Their Own) At least the flushing reminds me of an aborigine rain stick. My girlfriend laughs every time she hears it. I put plastic on the window and add'l stripping on my door. Also, the bedroom design has one wall against stairwell so you can hear / feel everyone coming and going. Or against the shared wall with another apt bedroom so that...well...you don't hear the going.
Dish Network sucks. Basic package is local networks, a handful of mediocre channels and every christian/homeshopping/government access channel. They recently upgraded receivers and DVRs will be available for $$$. You can run your computer through the system but weather outages and net speeds prevent you from streaming vid content. (With crap TV, you'll want streaming content) DSL is your only choice. To have DSL, you need a land line. So...find a place with cable or pay for dish, DSL, and landline.
Having read all the negative comments about how they try to get you upon leaving, I have signed up for pre-paid legal. I'm moving out soon and I want to be ready for them should they decide to mess with me...even 6 months later.
