Nice, but not honestly worth the price.

The grounds here are indeed beautiful, and I like the location that's not quite in the thick of things of Greenwood/Indy. The staff is pretty friendly. There are a TON of college students, but not too bad. Complaints:
Maintenance SUCKS. It takes a WHILE to get your request taken care of.
Grounds are nice, but the grounds workers DO NOT do their jobs. Trash builds up at the compactors (partly because a lot of residents are too stupid to use them) because whoever is supposed to be checking them obviously doesn't - especially on the weekends. (Repeat - Lattitudes - you should watch your maintenance/grounds staff!)
The whole outside stairway thing is pretty noisy.
There are so many apartments here that seem like they're dedicated solely to big companies or government - I'm sure this is great for the leasing staff, but at any point in time, you can be overrun with obnoxious partiers from Eli Lilly, or (pretty polite) military staff from Atterbury - they aren't so bad, but kiss your parking goodbye. They don't spread their corporate apartments out - instead they cram them all into one space and make it impossible for regular tenants to park.
Really, not a bad place, but for the cost, I expect better.
