Drive through the complex. Notice all the flyers on garages and storage units. The notice says: if you pay rent for this please call ------ immediately - we don't know who is renting this garage or storage unit. Our accounting system "sucks" we don't have a clue who has what - we are totally inept -- BUT if you rent this piece of crap it is on your monthly bill - we just don't know WHO YOU ARE!!! This is just icing on the cake of the stupidity from the office of Latitudes. You never see the same face - you call the office and they need to transfer it to someone who supposedly "knows" and you never receive a call back.
DON'T rent here unless you want to pay for slow inept internet, cable that doesn't work and constantly right at the end of your reality show goes out AND they don't have TiVO so you are "sunk". You pay for things you did not sign a lease for, but they never give you a final document and when you move out - plan to pay for one or two more months. They will find and bill you for every nick that was there before you moved in. YO! double-dipping. Good Luck! This place sucks and so do there pitiful accounting staff! Who lives where and what storage unit or garage are you paying a monthly fee for!!!!! Go figure!

don't ask the people in the office to fix it - they don't hae a damn clue! when I cancelled my service they tried to say that I had to call the company directly and it took me 3 days to find out through the cable company that you had to go through the front office of the apt. complex to do it! nobody there knows what the hell they're doing. the maintenance guys are dirty old perverts that love to sit around and stare at chicks, that's why they get nothing done! the manager is also a dumb -----, don't recommend even wasting your breath attempting a conversation with that idiot -----!

I have a Tivo with the cable system here. So far no problems with the outdated cable box they provide us with.

Oh, the HD and DVR may be here FINALLY after two years of promises, but you get charged out the a-- for it! Oh, and it comes with it's share of problems too! Goes out all the time and no one knows how to fix it!
