i have lived at latitudes for almost 3 years and i feel safe and get cozy feeling with the woodsy layout to the complex and the maintenance staff is out standing

Why would maintenance care about how the property reviews are? The majority of the reviews I've read are way over the top, my stay at Latitudes was quite pleasant, and the charges I did receive on move-out were right around what I was expecting to pay.

Trust me, I have a friend who used to work for them and she told me that they continually asked their staff to post good reviews on this website so they looked better than they really are. Definitely the maintenance staff since his first and last name are listed in his email address!
