I have not personally lived here. However I work as a CNA doing home health and was taking care of the sweetest woman ever for over a year. She had to use a walker to get around her apartment so it was unsafe if anything was on the floor that would cause her to trip. Well there was a leak in her closet with caused the carpet to mold. It was an awful smell. It took maintenance WEEKS for them to even come out and rip up the carpet. Call after call after call. Finally when they did, they just laid down a piece of scrap carpet that didnt even fit. So there was an overly. Which mean my patient didnt feel safe walking near her closet because the carpet was sticking up and uneven. It took call after call before anyone would show up to cut the carpet to fit. Still no one showed up. I finally had to go down to the office myself. Talk to the fat, yes I said FAT, manager and tell her the situation. After she had a rude attitude with me, walked away from me. I told her there was no reason for her to act b-tchy to me. That was when I was banned from Laurel Lake. Which I am proud of, thank you! Before I even made it back to my patients apartment, the manager called my patient, yelling at her, telling her I was cussed her out and called her a b-tch. This is some 88 year old woman. There is no need to get her all stressed out because she was already stressed about her carpet. One maintenance guy is nice, the others are worthless. Parking is horrible. Crime is out of this roof. I work for a PD now, so I see all the calls going in there. In other words, go to the dumpster at HH Greg, get a cardboard box, and call it home. You are better off.

That poor lady! I hope everything is ok for her now. I couldn't stand that Cathy lady either. Every time we went into the office, she would ignore us for a while, sigh real loud and then ask what we wanted. The Linda lady wasn't much better. I am sorry to say she is still here doing grounds keeping.

I have no idea anyone in this company has any kind of brains in there head to try and rent any thing with mold or other things around these peoples children, I have drove thru a couple times and knew a person who lived in the same complex anyways she would complain about things that were going on you all ready know the building,staffand other issues and they could give to sh..! thats prety bad from an out sider looing in and the grounds lady what is she high on drugs she sure does act like it , I could get my 5yr old to do a beter job. the maintnace staff are over there heads i would agree but instead of chasin tail they need to work harder to stay out of the office and do some real work .... I wouldnt ask anyone to live like these pour people haft to, they need to shut the getto down. FOR GOOD!!!!!lololo
