I have lived in Lighthouse Landings for just over six months and have no complaints whatsoever. I live in the back of the complex and have not had any problems with noise from the road or those that live around me. Maintenance has been prompt and fixed everything I've needed...which hasn't been much. The office staff has treated me well and more often than not they know my name as soon as I walk in the door. There was a previous post about the hot tub not working. I know that it was empty for a couple of days but I've never seen it not work while there was water in it. All in all I have been completely satisfied with this apartment complex.

This must be the office staff because I lived there for about 4 years and every summer the hot tub did not work.

No, I do not work for the office. I used the hot tub over summer and it worked perfectly. All you had to do was turn it on. The control for the hot tub is in a little bit of an odd spot. But, once I found the control and turned it on it ran perfectly.
