We moved in right after construction completed on our building in the middle of a very hot June. Our air conditioning was broke for over a week while various people said they were working on it, but would not get back to us. In the end it was as simple as our thermostat inside needed to be replaced in our brand new apartment. In addition our patio door has never sealed properly. We have had maintenance staff out several times and now it sort of seals as long as we keep it locked at all times which makes it practically useless. Our neighbors have been loud, disrespectful, and trashy (throwing their beer bottle, beer cans, food, cigarette butts, etc in our yard). Maintenance does not pick up and the office does not make the neighbors stop so I can't even let my son play in our little excuse for a yard that often. Then they decided to re-pave and blocked off all parking near our building for over 3 days (on the third day the paving crew actually made it to our area whereas there was no excuse for us to not have parking the rest of the time). All in all, for the money and the luxury billing this place has been horrid. When I complain about our neighbors they treat it like it is my fault or I'm making it up. The new maintenance people although prompt are rude. I would not recommend this place. OUr lease expires in July and I'm looking forward to the move.

This review is really old, and definitely doesn't apply anymore - maintenance is awesome about keeping the area clean! It is definitely not trashy.
