I have lived in Linden square for four years. I have lived in both the two and one bedroom apartments. The apartments are very nice and I have only heard my neighbors a hand full of times, only when they watch load movies or have the stero turned up excessivly load, I mean you can go outside and here the music better then in your apartment. But a mentioning of the problem to the staff and I don't here them for a few months.
The grounds are clean however snow removal is terrible. they do not shovel the sidwalks on the weekends. And when we got 9 inches of snow in one day I was unable to get my car out for two days. There is always about an inch of ice on the roads after the first big snowfall untill the end of winter so they are slick. The current staff is nice and the prices are reasonable my seven hundred a month includes the large one bedroom apartment and a garage. I warn you the snow plows pack the snow against the garage doors so store a shovel in your storage unit to dig out your car.
the apartment is total electric and my electric bill runs about $70 a month.
Overall it is a great place to live.

I've never had a problem with the sidewalks - they're always out at 5:30 in the morning by my window waking me up with their snowblower thing. However, they are not very fast about snow removal in the parking lots.
