My husband and I moved in last June, and have been pretty happy with it. The staff is friendly and most of them remember me. Maintenance is really quick about fixing things.

The door to our washer/drier closet falls off a lot, and you can hear the toilet flush every time the people upstairs use the bathroom, which is kind of annoying since it's loudest in the main bedroom and we have night-owl upstairs neighbors. The porch is pathetically small so we never use it, so it might as well not be there.

It's a pretty quiet complex - unfortunately we haven't really met any of our neighbors (and it's coming up on a year) except for a "hello" in the hallway. Nobody seems interested in getting to know you better. Kind of a bummer, since we barely knew anyone in the area when we moved in. There are a few things that were obviously screwed up in construction, but not very obvious.

Parking has never been a problem - there's always a spot right outside out apartment entrance.

We're looking for a new place simply because there isn't enough storage space - we don't want to pay to have a garage to stick our stuff in. It's also pretty close to some not-so-great neighborhoods - we sometimes get kids coming in from those neighborhoods coming to our doors to try to sell us stuff, despite there being a no-soliciting sign. The live-in cop is good about chasing them off when you report it, tho. Other people have said that they can leave things unlocked, but I don't feel that way.
