As a single female who works crazy hours, I really appreciated the friendliness and safety at Linden Square. The facilities (pool/exercise room) are clean and the complex is in close proximity to walking trails/parks/shopping. The maintainence staff is consistently pleasant, quick, and helpful (this also applies to the office staff). Parking was NEVER an issue, even when coming and going at all hours. My apartment was reasonably priced; maybe even a bargain when I take into consideration great location, great floor plan, and minimal mechanical issues. I did have a lot of neighbors move in/move out in the 2 yrs I lived there, but that is to be expected. I had minimal issues with excessive noise or inconsiderate behavior. The apartment itself was well maintained (although still new as well). It was clean when I moved in, and things that needed to be fixed were taken care of quickly. I really like the high ceilings and large bathrooms/tubs. Overall, this place is about as good as it gets if the location works for you.
