I lived in two bedroom townhouse style in historic section of Lockefield Gardens for one year. It is closed to campus so it is very convenient, however, building is too old. During summer we get all kinds of insects in the rooms. During winter, the heating unit does not have capacity to heat up the entire apartment so it is constantly on. Although some windows have double-window, we get draft all the time and actually feel cold air. Our electricity bill at the highest was $179 per month. We actually turn off the heating unit during the night. Reason: heating unit is too noisy and electricity cost. You can find better place in downtown area without above discomfort. I do not recommend unless you need to find a place in walking distance to the campus and you don't care about problems in your apartment.
