Not A Happy Place To Call Home

First, I want to share that i personally know a Lockefield Staff member, and the review titled "A Happy Place To Call Home" was written by one of their staff members. How could every one be wrong but one!'
With that said, I will continue my review:
When I first moved in I needed a work order completed, and to let you know how incompetent the staff is, I was told that not all of my requests would fit on one work order... that gives you an idea of the customer service and how highly they value the quality of their community.
I was told when I first moved in that they would replace my washer and dryer with a new one, as they were going to be replacing all the washer/dryers with new ones eventually. This didn't get done until after my old dryer caught on fire about a couple weeks after moving in. They still weren't going to replace it with a new one without going round and round with them about it. They originally wanted to replace the burnt one with the same type of old washer/dryer from another apt. unit. I told them that I would not feel comfortable using that dryer for fear it would catch on fire too. They finally replaced it with a new one after all of this hassle.
While maintenance was supposedly completing a work order in my apt., I noticed when I got home that they had went through my panty drawer. Upon my report to office staff they denied that it happened and verbally attacked me. They reported their staff was highly reputable and had been with them for years. I then talked to the general manager of Sexton properties which resulted in the same personally invalidating and nonreponsive behaviors. Come to find out later, the so called "reputable" long term maintenance staff were fired and that they hadn't been there but for a few weeks; and one was recently transferred to Lockefield because of previous problems at another property.
Now to the insects. Millipedes, spiders, and ants are a daily encounter. The apt. complex even has an ongoing schedule with a local pest control company to spray reguarly.
Parking is a nightmare. There are never enough spaces, and I was told that there are more residents with cars than there are spaces; let's not forget that residents are allowed visitors on top of that.
Groundskeeping is the most generic I have ever seen. There are times in the summer when you can't even walk on the sidewalks due to lack of tree trimming and such. The staff they use to keep up the grounds are really short so they will only trim what they can reach which means there are limbs hanging everywhere you try to walk or rollerblade. *L*
The hot tub never worked the entire time I lived there, though they will say otherwise. Oh ya, and they allow their maintenance to hang out at the pool at all hours of the night playing very loud music that you can hear from inside of your apt. and the police had to be called several times by me and other residents. Not to mention that the staff is very creepy and they stare (especially useful to know if you are a female).
