where to begin'

worst office staff i've ever had to deal with. extremely rude, unhelpful and unresponsive.

poor communication is at the root of most of the situations i've experienced here. one being over a hundred dollars in late fees because of multiple letters that were "stolen" (what the manager told me probably happened) from my front door...

trying to get things fixed is even worse. shoulda filed a couple months ago.
