Well So Long Lockefield... i am currently being evicted. Why'...For things i didn't even do. But our word means nothing because some IDIOT will move in here and hate it. Multiple noise violations which havent occured. vandalism i didn't commit, and other things. Here is the problem lockefield listen up...

The place is a noise breeding ground. I can hear my neighbor's television all the time, i can hear people talking downstairs. I can hear my neighbors coughing and merely walking around. God Bless the baby that lives below us for crying and cooing at random times which bothers no one, but we can hear it. And if you are making noise of any kind OUTSIDE...shhhh, that's breaking the rules..they need "Inside Voices"...Outside'

BUGS, everywhere, the bathroom, kitchen, and the stairway. this is disgusting and you will be seeing a health violation soon because, yep, we filed one. no fire extinguishers..because someone stole them' big deal replace it. hope your safety and health codes are up, and don't try to fix it too quick, we took pictures!

Staff, no cooperation AT ALL. maitance fixed our leaky tub (or tried to)...then we redid it and we got it fixed. and the part of the wall that water leaked through...still isnt fixed. but the "manager" said she would get right on it. When we called about a problem a woman in the office said "we will call you back real soon" Real Soon as in NEVER. Young kids that can't run a cash register. And forget about going to the "district manager" try calling her twice a day with no response. She likes to barge in and take pictures of your apartment too, happened to us. Very unhelpful.

Safety, or as we call it "not so safe" windshields being broken, tires being slashed, cars towed even when they DO HAVE visitor's passes, true story. luckily no one injured or killed but don't move in and you won't have to worry about that.

Parking...Two Words.. Living Hell

Looks...maybe get some flowers that actually bloom, and some undead trees. And the banana trees are horrible. Attract wildlife alright, right into the buildings. Along wth the bugs and stuff, but don't get me started again.

Pool area, thats open for no time at all. if you were to dive in be careful...it may be drained before you hit water. hottub never works but trust me, they claim it does. forget about the pool, the ugly trees surrounding it throw leaves in it and birds poop everywhere, luckily not on me.

And heating and cooling is a joke. Windows or lack there of, do nothing. Heat comes in all the time in the summer, and forget about the cold in the winter. We don't run the heat because it would never catch up. And again you could probably hear your neighbor fart.

Local service providers...worthless, they pick them for you, and you are FORCED to have it or nothing. Internet goes out about everyweek and a few days to repair, unless you are us...you actually figure it out yourselves. Cable, a little highly priced for what you get. Not worth living here I can't emphasize that enough.

And Overall, i will be blunt.. Armpit of all apartments, and i wouldn't piss on lockefield to put out a fire!!
