This place is really convenient but when you look at the problems with this place the drawbacks far outweigh the benefits. There are a few things that are really bad:

The free truck. While you can get this truck free you have to get your insurance to state that they'll cover you driving the truck (which may or may not be the case)

The noise. There is a horrible noise problem here. Not only are most of the tenants noisy as they apparently went straight from kindergarten to college but the walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear a pin drop on the third floor if you're living on the first floor.

Maintenance. Well, the maintenance staff was actually really good. The problem comes with actually getting them to your apartments. When I moved in my washer and dryer were broken (one of the primary reasons I moved in). It took two months with at least one call a week to get someone to come work on it. Since it didn't work after this I waited another six weeks to recieve a replacement.

Parking. There is a severe parking problem here and there isn't any guest parking so you have to get visitor passes which are only good for 24 hours and can only be picked up during office hours. So if your friends don't want their vehicles towed they can't just drop by.

Changes. This is the biggest problem of all. They of course have the standard lease clause that things can be changed at any time. Well this wouldn't be an issue if things didn't change much but in the year I was there I went from being allowed two parking passes since there were two people on the lease to being allowed one. From being allowed two visitor passes to one. From having trash picked up at the building to having a few dumpsters to having only one compactor so I had to cart my garbage around with me. A couple minor changes is one thing but this is rediculous.
