Management and staff are TERRIBLE. Go anywhere but here.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Pros: Location. Near downtown, near school.
Cons: Management are adversarial as soon as the lease is signed, grounds are not well kept, apartments are in dire need up updating, maintenance takes forever, noise from neighbors, parking is terrible, trash is a haze, and the notices and announcements placed at your doormat seem to be written in a hateful spirit, washer and dryer is a joke, the place is dirty.
