Lockefield Gardens is a historic landmark-so YES it's a little old. Maybe if people paid attention to the notices delivered to everyone there would be less issues. The office staff is amazing-if they came to your place of work and started yelling at you, would you be more inclined to help' I didn't think so. The parking is an issue, so make sure you have a parking pass (or get one for your guest), or get a reserved parking spot. All apartments here have a washer and dryer for FREE inside the apartment. Overall, Lockefield Gardens is a great place to live. Those people on here who have said such negative things should bite their tongues and try being a little more grateful. Great location, great staff and the CHEAPEST downtown. That's right-look it up.

All I have to say is, there is no question this is a staff member. I am a resident here and this sounds like the same garbage I was preached before signing my lease.

Wrong...I have been a resident at Lockefield Gardens for 6 years. I have seen staff come and go, and I definitely think the staff in the office now is the best yet. Have you ever tried going in and talking to them like PEOPLE?? I bet not. I guess I just don't see what is so difficult. If you have a friend over, go get them a pass. What is there to complain about? Parking is free. The other place I lived charged $75 a month for parking and friends had to park on the street. Would you rather them do nothing about all the punk kids who park here and then the residents who PAY to live here have nowhere to park? If you hate living here so much...move out. Plain and simple.
