This place is a nightmare!! Other reviews have covered all the bad points, but I want to clue you in on some other big negatives. First of all, don't come here if you have kids. For one, it's not safe and there's no security whatsoever. People have been mugged onsite and management did nothing. Also, once someone's car window got busted out all over the parking lot and the person didn't clean it. I walked by that broken glass every day for almost a week and nobody cleaned it up. Finally I went to management and told them to clean it. Either management has no idea about the condition of their own property, or they know and just don't care. Either way, it's bad.

When I signed the lease, they said part of the deposit was nonrefundable for cleaning after I move out. Now that I'm getting ready to move out, the story has changed entirely. They handed me a list of everything that I'm responsible for cleaning, which is basically EVERYTHING!! I asked about the nonrefundable part of the deposit and was told that's for something else that was obviously a lame excuse. If you don't clean you're place, you'll get charged as much as $845 for them to clean it. For that price, where can I sign up to do this kind of cleaning for a living'' Here's a couple examples: trash removal $25, refrigerator cleaning $25. Are you serious''

Another big negative is parking: there's not enough. their like nazis about their parking passes, but they don't actually monitor the parking lot for people who don't have passes. The result, you can't even park next your building. So people are forced to park on the side of the road. But recently the nazis running this place posted a notice that the fire marshal will have cars not in spaces towed. What does management do to help tenants get a proper parking space' NOTHING!

I haven't moved out yet, but I fully expect them to charge me for everything I asked to be repaired over the last year, but they never got around to doing. So here's basically the way it goes: their your best friend prior to signing a lease, they completely ignore you when you're a tenant, then they try to extort ridiculous amounts of money out of you when you leave. My advice: STAY AWAY!!!!
