iv lived here over a year and i wanna move out and find a nice place to live. this is my second apartment with them, and i moved in to the second one cause i never really had any problems with the first by that i mean i never had to call for them to come and fix any thing never had to straighten any thing out with the management, so of course it seemed good. However the longer i stay here they more i wanna move.iv had terrible problems with people at the pool, but cant report it to anyone cause they office closes really early, this also plays into why so few people can get parking passes in time. No sense in fighting with them because they will say just come by and get one ahead of time but that doesnt work if some one shows up after hours.if a car does get towed there is only one sign that says who to call and it is in the fake security building that you drive pass to get in, and the people at that towing company are really rude and close half on sunday so if you get towed saturday night of cant figure out where your car is till then, you automatically have an extra day tacked on to the bill. Most of the staff acts like you are wasting their time, really spend as little time talking to them as possible. if there is a complaint logged against you, you never get a verbal warning just a written one saying that they can evict you after the next warning. once when i was dropping off my rent i heard a women tell the staff that she had been waiting for a problem to be finished for several months now. once when i was dropping off my rent i heard a women tell the staff that she had been waiting for a problem to be finished for several months now.
i have pictures of the trash, spilling out of the dumpster ... there had to be 30 bags on the ground. and the pricing is a huge ripp off for what you get
but the straw that broke the camels back is ..
the way they handled the police stand off back in September. i got a call from iupui, about it but NEVER got a call from the staff. never had a letter mailed or posted! they all in all just acted like it didnt happen and if i could i would use that to break my lease and i looked into it but they way they write the contract only gives you one out basicly, and that is to submit a written complaint so they can try to fix the problem in the future, there is no clause for emergencies or safety issues.
the ONLY reason any one lives here is because of its proximity to IUPUI, thats it!
so if any one knows of a good place close to campus please let me know!

This has to be the manager or someone who works there I liked my experience there somewhat but anyone who actually lived there would say that there are A LOT of saftey concerns. Cars broken into about every morning somewhere in the community. Not as bad as some people good but not near as great as this person makes it sound.
