You'd better not live there if you have friends visit you after 6pm because their cars will be towed. You supposed to get a guest parking permit during the regular office hour, but how could you know your friends are going to visit you after 6' Ridiculous policy and they just want to set you up to collect the money. And staffs are rude.

In the evening, you can have your friends park in the iupui parking right across from the fountain entrance and they won't be towed.
