Lockefield Gardens has two types of buildings. The older buildings are those that were there before the renovation. The area used to be a huge housing project. A friend of mine used to live in these buildings, they were okay. I lived in one of the newer buildings. These were also okay. I had no problems with neighbors or the office staff. I liked the location very much. Downtown Indy is a great place to have fun. There's also museums and White River State Park nearby.
