Great Value, Great Place - Seriously! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Where else can you get a 700 sq ft, 1 bdrm apt with your heat/water/trash all paid for for roughly 450 a month' Nowhere! Nice, friendly staff, good maintenance, virtually crime free, pool, and good ole' stick-built construction (QUIET!). If you are looking for a cheap, but extremely nice apt in Indy, this is it!
