Awesome value, cool apt, great staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I lived here for about 2 years, and I have had nothing but positive things to say about it. I always recommended this place to others. If I ever had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of very quickly. Office staff is very nice and prompt with things. It is a beautiful property in the summer with all the mature landscaping, and nice in the winter with the Christmas lights on the trees as you enter the property. Parking is kind of a pain though, I'd recommend the carports...so worth it. The carports are basically brand new, and huge! You won't hit the person next to you, very well lit at night. Residents were always friendly to me. Also...it was awesome to have your heat and water paid! I lived in a very cute, one bedroom. I miss it sometimes. Ha. I'd recommend this to anyone!
