So far so good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved in the middle of August (my daughter and I). Honestly, I have not had a single problem, knock on wood. Sure, the a/c in the living room did not work, but I called the maintenance staff and they replaced it with a brand new one immediately. I have a 2 bedroom and it's really nice. My neighbors are quiet and I love the landscape. All apartment complexes have their issues. And all people are different. But this is by far the nicest complex in the area I am close to work and feel safe whether it's night or day.
