from the moment i 1st visited madison village they were nice to me. some of the others in the area were not even friendly. i figure if they cant be nice when i am looking what will it be like when i actually live there. others were giving away lots of money in rent but couldnt be nice''' i have only lived at madison a few months but they have been terrific and they did a really good job with the recent snow and getting it cleared up

dear anonymous. 2008 was a lille snow year. They didnt have much to do as far as clean up.So they came through here one time with a blade. BIG DEAL. I have lived here for almost 20 years and most of the neighbors are on a rent to own program and dont dont care about their places or mine either. The managment and owners are a sorry lot. They dont want to enforce the rules and dont live by them themselves. A good lawsuit should clear that up. We have have property slollen and vanalized and know who does it an cant get anything done because this is a PRIVATE COMMUNITY. This used to be a nice place to live. When you have figured out this place is hell, you can call BRIAN SMITH in Elkhart and leave him a message and tell him how unpleased you are. That number is 574 522 8000. Oh yes they are soooo friendly. All the care about is your money. They dont care if we have to put up with you till you fall behind in your rent and they throw out your sorry butts. But they dont explain that there are rules ro follow as some of you can not read. They just hand you the lease and leave the rest of us to deal with the aftermath.

Dear Sick of the Trash~ Madison Village Apartments is locally managed by Barrett & Stokely and has been for 20 years. Also, Madison Village does not offer a rent to own program. I think that the respondent is referring to Madison Park Village which is also located on the Southside of Indianapolis and people often get confused.
