Moved in Jan 2008 and so far I have found the leasing and maintenance staff to be extremely helpful and responsive. When I moved in there was no screen on one of the windows, a lightbulb missing in the hallway, as well as outside my apartment door. All of these matters were handled within a matter of hours. And it has always been my experience to have any issues resolved the day I report them. As far as parking, I live on one of the end buildings so I always have adequate parking as well as designated guest parking. I feel safe here, there is a mix of students as well as non-students. Pricing seems consistent with the area. Overall a good complex to live.
