Mallard Cove is the worst apartments that I have ever lived in in my life. Mallard Cove has a car thieve who roams around late at night/early in the morning who breaks into people cars and steals petty stuff like cd's, cd players and pennies/quarters,nickels,dimes. Someone broke into my car and stole my cd player and than about a couple of months later someone broke into my boyfriends car 3x...that doesn't include my next door neighbors cars. Also, one day I just suddenly got up and looked out the window and saw someone trying to break into my car and when they noticed that I was watching them they ran away...nevertheless, the police was called but nothing happened. I also reported it to the office and they said "we are aware of who it is that is doing this, but we can't catch them" isn't that some crazy s***' Also, I have saw a rat in my apartment several of times. Oh and lets not get on the noisy geese who just freely walks around almost about to get hit by several cars and lets not forget the paper thin walls that makes you hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment. Oh, and Mallard Cove cannot keep a maintenance man everytime I look up there are new maintenance man roaming around the buildings which is very unsafe because I do not want that many people having access to my keys.
