I have not lived here, but I can tell you "don't waste your gas," because it is not worth looking at. The model we were shown was immaculate. Generous space, if maybe a little poorly laid out. But before we got up there, the stairs looked like they were going to rot out from under my feet. After seeing the model, we drove around the neigborhood and saw that it is crap. First off, the area is filthy. There is trash everywhere. Most of the windows had broken blinds, and being a white guy in a nice car, I got looks like "I dare you to stop, cause I'm gonna steal your car if you do." No freakin thanks.
