Mallard Cove Apartments would like to acknowledge that although every apartment community has issues, we are committed to working with our residents to achieve a satisfactory result. We value our residents and strive to make sure all needs are met and that our residents are happy with their choice to live in Mallard Cove. We continually communicate with our residents as we make repairs and upgrades to the community and have many fun programs on our calendar to foster resident involvement and pride in where they live. Our open door policy and friendly, helpful staff are in place to help residents with any situations that may arise. All the JVM properties have this same response so it is very generic. What I am hearing the problem is mis management from the higher ups not the REGIONAL but the VP her name is Angie dont know the last name but they say she is a witch. Very mean and sends really mean emails to her staff and nobody likes her not even her Regionals. She cant relate to the common people she is so busy trying to be a control she has lost focus at the job she was given to do. No one understands how the owner is letting her destroy his properties. Mallard Cove has over 100 vacant apartments and she wants to blame all past people and not look in the mirror. Oaktree has over 100 vacants not to mention Kessler, Teal Run, and Decatur Woods who is all struggling. She doesnt know what she is doing and the team MORALE is very low, and when this happens you have a disaster. They need someone who cares about people and not always trying to bring your employees down. She is defininly dragging the company down financially and mentally and employees HATE working for her. Why doesnt the owner see this, she is HATEFUL. So hats off to Heidi the Regional who has to deal with this non sense everyday, hang in there the OWNER WILL ONE DAY NOTICE THE PEOPLE DESTROYING HIS COMPANY.
