Myself and my roomate have not even been living there 6 month and when we first moved in there was some mayor mold. we have called and called and nothing has been done about it. so i called the health dep.
now we are being told to move out of that apt. and into another one... we have told them from day one to fix it and they never did. my roomate and i have been very sick off and on. do not pick mann village, for your health

and it is so not worth the money that you will be paying for it

Me and My husband split up for a minute just to relax and start over it was stupid to do but it happened. we both got apartments he unfortunetly got one at mann village. He also asked them to fix a few things they said they would not or if they did his rent would go up. I have no Idea why it would go up in price for them to do matnece on the apartment they said they were going to do in the begging. So he wants to brake his lesse and they will not let him. they told him they have no bracking lesse aggreements. Whitch I think is wrong what if some one gets transfered or gets married your making them stay in an appartment that is just big enough for 1 person and still you feel sufficated. I am sorry that place is not right. they like elderly people because they can not see or complaine as well as middle aged people. No affence but they have been neglecting to do matnece on my husbanse next store lady and she just got injured from them not doing what she has been telling them would happen if the step did not get fixed. thank god my husband stoped by his house that night. who know where she would be now.
