It is an alright place to live. It is pretty quiet and as far as I know the crime rate was pretty low. I do not live there now, but I had lived there for 6 yrs. There really isn't much for children to do there, but sometimes that can be a good thing so that you don't have kids from the streets in your neighborhood. One thing I do not appreciate about Mann Village is......When I first signed my lease back in 2002, they told me that every year that you sign a new 12 month lease, that you get one free carpet cleaning and then after 7 years of living there you get all carpet replaced. Well, I lived there for 6 years, then when I bought a house and I told them I was moving...they wanted me to replace the carpet. Isn't that what my deposit is for' I knew I wouldn't get my deposit back because of the length of the time that I lived there, but then to get a letter at my new home demanding me to pay to have the carpet replaced, when they would have to replace it anyway within another year''''' Come on now.....I can see if I had only lived there for a year or two and the carpet needed to be replaced, but that is not the case. I was a good tenant and I paid on time. I never caused any trouble or gave them any issues. I never complained and I minded my own business. Obviously I was a good tenant or I wouldn't have been able to live there for 6 years and now they are going to try to sue me'''''WHAT' Then, also in the letter that I got from them after I moved, they did a walk through sheet and said that I had left some trash in the house......I did a walk through myself and I LEFT NOTHING IN THAT APARTMENT. I did not vaccuum, and that is about all I didn't do. EVERYTHING else was gone, so I need to see some pictures.....they are outta their mind!!!!!!!! They are trying to get over on me. I don't think so clowns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They were decent apartments while I lived there, but be prepared to replace pretty much the most expensive things when you move.....RIDICULOUS.....Like I said.....ISN'T THAT WHAT THE DEPOSIT IS FOR''''
