Used to be good, now, not so good

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
I have lived here for 6 years. I loved that it was close to work, clean and friendly staff and people. Now after 3 changes in management within 6 months, the staff is rude and not helpful. They seem more interested in standing outside smoking and almost put off when you go in w/a question or complaint. I have had the police/fire department in front of my building more times in the past year than of my apartment living years put together. They don't seem to care about this place anymore.
