the staff at mariners is the most unprofessional staff i have ever seen. i have walked in to pay my rent to see the maintenance men sleeping on the clubhouse couch while i've had stuff broken in my apartment for months. i have repeatedly called to request service and nothing is ever done. the manager doesn't have a clue. her staff is very rude and act like you're bothering them when you call in a service request. they are constantly smoking outside and even inside the clubhouse. this is just not what i call a nice place to live. my recommendation to you is to move here only if you have very low standards. also, there is a lot of crime in this place. i do not feel safe here. we're moving.
