First I have lived her for 3 years now and I can't get out of her quick enough Which is sad. My apartment itself is beautiful but the whole neighborhood in the past six months has gone completely to the dogs. There is trash everywhere, kids run wild (in the common hallways) the once nicely painted and wallpapered halways are ripped and marked up. I'm not even sure there is a maintenance staff. Especially since I have to start spouting of renter's laws to get anything done. The office staff is rude and completely incompetant. This is just the beginning. So if I were you I'd look elsewhere. Oh and I forgot to mention about safety...all I have to say is SWAT was there along with about 20 police cars (not exaggerating) about 6 - 8 months ago.
