Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved to Mariners Village may of 04. They played the switcharoo game on the move is special. I saw the apartment in the cold it was fine. Came back a week later signed and found out the apartment doubled as a litter box for the last renters. They cleaned the carpet 3x and it still stank. Refused to replace it obviously. My car was broken into. Kids mobbed the streets in packs of 15 to 30. crack dealers lived down stairs and across the street and down the street.... My air conditioning went out at the end of June after god knows how many work orders and phone calls when I moved out in October it still wasn't fixed. This was the summer of 05 when we had 90 degree weather in may and june. my light bill jumped 60 dollars a month. They didn't want to replace the unit so they just kept telling me I had a loft and they don't get cool. That was bs because I lived there in the summer of 04 and it was working one day and not the next. Even after new management the place was a terrible place to live. Gun shots ring out at 9pm. Shell casings on the ground to 9mm. GHETTO.
