grade wise they deserve about a D

Overall I would have the grade Mariner's Village at about a D. They have lied over and over to me about the monthly rates (or they just have incompetent employees,) kids run rampant all over the complex and the pool, without supervision, the head manager has been extremely rude, thoughtless, and outright cruel to others and myself. Most of all the housing is in very poor shape. I have complained over and over about countless things broken or not working properly in my apartment and they have taken 2-3 weeks on average to fix them. Even being close to moving out they have still failed to take care of all of them-my bathroom has a huge whole in the top theyve failed to finish, my ceiling leaks, and the bug problem is phenomenal. However, the outdoor maintenance has seemed alright, pool has been kept up well, and laundry is very convenient.
