I have been a resident at Mariners Village for several years. I have seen alot of changes that have taken place. The staff has a high turnover of employees. When I first moved to Mariners Village, I was a happy tenant. Over the years I've seen alot of changes that have taken place that has made Mariners Village a less than desirable place to live. At first they were very strict on the rules and sent newsletters out on a regular basis informing tenants of rules and expectations. They are currently very lenient on who they approve to become a resident. The leniency is causing the property appearance to really go down. The new tenants are not taking care of the propeery. They also need to investigate the occupancy level in the apartments.
