I moved in here told them about my pet paid the pet deposit but am wondering if they know there are apartments with pit bull, boxers and have more then one dog'
I clean up my dogs messes but others just leave them their and I was told it was a 50.00 fine.
People move in don't put other occupants on their lease, make it hard for their neighbors to sleep or park because there aren't enough parking spaces.
I personally love my apartments it's the neighbors that are here and that have no respect for their neighbor.
The office staff shouldn't have to check on a daily or weekley bases to see who is breaking rules and who aren't. If you can't be honest on your application then don't make the others that live here pay for it.
I agree that we have gotten some really rotten people that have moved in here and wonder how they did it.
My work orders are done on the day I call them in, the Property Manager takes time out of her schedulel to sit and talk with you if you have concerns.
Mariners in all is a great place to live if we could just weed out the ones that don't belong here.
I don't understand the turnover of employees but they change almost weekley.

I hope that the maintenence stays that way for you! For me it was complete torture to get anything done. If anything major goes wrong I think you might be singing a different tune about how helpful the office manager is...
