Staff sleeps at night but not the residents

I lived here and had nothing but trouble out of a neighbor that didn't work, let her child bounce off the floors he even fell off the 2nd floor balcony. She has someone living with her that IS NOT on the lease and we were told that isn't allowed but since neither one of them work they think it's ok to keep their neighbors up all night. It's been reported and reported and since nothing got done we are moving. To some sleep means nothing to those of us that have an illness it means alot.
Security has been called and called and responded once. What is the sense of having on call security if they don't respond'
The apartment it self is ok we thought it would be home for a while but since we pay our rent on time and one of us work it's more important to keep those that cause other headaches then those that just want a nice place to live.
Good luck to those that move in here check out your neighbors first because the staff doesn't care who you are just so they get full capacity in here is all that is important to them.
