Some of the people writing these reviews have obviously never lived downtown! Sirens and noise are a frequent problem when living downtown in a fair sized city. Of all the buildings I have lived in, this is by far the best built and most quiet. I never hear my neighbors, the only thing I hear is hall noise, and that is very rare.

Yes they are small, but if you want something huge downtown, you will pay out the wazoo for it. Downtown is not the place for big apartments, go to the suburbs. For the price you pay and the amenities you get here, I think they are very fair.

The trash and laundry facilities being on each floor is nice, and elevators seem to be very quick, never had to wait for more than a minute for one personally. Carts make it nice carrying in shopping or help w/moving in.

The pool has always been clean and nice, I love the smell of that area, makes me feel like I live in a nice hotel! Fitness center is also very well maintained.

Parking is the only thing I have issue with, but that is something else that you always have to battle when you live downtown. Maybe they could try removing snow/ice a little better and leveling out the sink holes. They have cameras, gates that always seem to work other than when some lady ran thru one!

Downtown life offers much, but you have to make some sacrifices, however this place makes it very easy!
