I am a resident at the Marott Apartments and have been very unhappy with the office help or lack of! As a Management Company I would think that you would have a better handle on your personel. The Manager, ---- ------ has no idea what she is doing! Everytime I go in to ask a question, she has to ask the girl that is in the back office, who I thought was the Manager-seems to know more about what is going on. Also just hope that you don't need help after 4:00pm when people get home from work because usually everyone is gone except for -----, who did rent me my apartment and was very good at what he does, however he is usually by himself and very busy and if you ask the front desk, they just refer you to the office. There seems to be another staff memeber that works there but you rarely see her, she must be part-time, part-time I would love to have those hours. I also found it very disturbing riding the elevator up to my apartment one day and two gentlemen talking about the Manager, ---- how she was only good for one thing and thats when she shows up drunk at his apartment. Great representation from your staff! I had 2 friends that were considering moving in but after I told them how the complex was ran by Management,they choose to go elsewhere! I am in the customer service business and I have never seen anything like this before. I would like to thank the Maint staff for moving my couch in, that seemed like a task. Now I am just buying my time until my lease is up so I can get out of such an unprofessonal mess!
