I have lived at the Marott for four years now and I absolutely lovei it! I have nothing but good things about the management and maintenance staff! The manager goes above and beyond her call of duty(as well as her staff!) There have been so many building upgrades since i moved in about 4 years ago. The 24 hour coffee shop/cafe was such a great idea! So convenient and a great way to meet your neighbors!I'm excited to see more changes in the years to come!

YEAH THIS IS TOTALLY MADE BY THE STAFF .WHY IN THE HELL WOULD RESIDENTS TALK ABOUT WHO DOES SUCH A GOOD JOB. HOW DO THEY KNOW WHAT THERE JOB IS UNLESS THEY WORK FOR THEM. HERE IF YOU THINK THIS PLACE IS GOOD MOVE IN AND AT FIRST WILL BE COOL THEN GET THE MAINT. GUY WHO ALWAYS LEAVES IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS WORK. OR SEE THE LADY DOWN STAIRS ON THE PHONE WHO COULDNT PROTECT YOU ANYWAYS. SEE THE POOL NOT WORKING OR FREEZING COLD THE ELEVATORS TAKING YOU TO LL OR STOPS BUT DOESNT OPEN. THE CAFE IS COOL BUT I NEVER USE IT THERE IS A TEN YR OLD GIRL ON THE COMPUTER FOR WELL 6 HRS AT A TIME. THE BUILDING IS COOL BUT UNTILL A WEEK AGO THE BACK HALL WAY LOOKED LIKE ---- AND THE PAINT JOB SUCKS ANYTHING TO SAVE A BUCK. THEY HAVE REPAINTED ON PAINT SO MANY TIMES THAT IT LOOKS LIKE ITS 2 INCHES THICK EVEN THE PAINTERS WILL TELL YOU ITS CHEAP TO DO. THE WINDOW SEALS HAVE CRACKED FROM ALL THE PAINT AND THE ONE PERK IS THE GYM AND ALL BUT THE TREDMILL IS OUT DATED . SEE FOR YOURSELF LOOK FOR THIS
