Meridian Lakes Apartments

Never Again From: blkgapmodel@comcast.net Date posted: 5/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I would never live in this complex again. I was referred to it by my cousin in the summer of 2004. I got a 440sq 1br that feels like a studio and pay $405. The walls are thin, so I get tons of complaints that my music is too loud, but by FAR the most annoying are the geese. During mating season Feb-May, you could NOT sleep in the early morning because they would be so loud. Imagine having the a/c in March bcuz you can't raise your window' Then once that died down, the geese hung around the lobby entrance. And of course, they crap on the stoops and the side walks and the complex did nothing for 3 weeks. It smelled horrible and the staff is extremely slow. Meridian LAKES' They claim every apartment gets a lake view, true, but ur looking at a green SWAMP! I would NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone wishing peace and quiet. Ps. HOWEVER, i must give credit where credit is due. All utilities are paid except electric. I have not even seen a Citizens Gas or trash/water bill yet. So I guess that was a plus!
