I recently moved to Indy and I spent over a month looking for the right place. I am a single female so safety was a big concearn. I ran police and gov. reports and I must say that this complex is one of the safest according to my findings. The one bedroom apartment I am renting is really cute with a nice balcony - good find for the price. Staff has been very nice so far. I did have a maitnance issue which I had to report twice and after the second time it got fixed within 2 days (although it wasn't anything time sensitive). I haven't had any noise issues and the people who live in the building seem very nice. Parking is not an issue. 5 min from BR which is nice. So far (it's been a month) almost too good to be true - I will keep this post updated in case anything changes.
