Not a good place to live (please read why)

I have had several issues with this apartment complex:
1) I was walked in on several times by maintenace and manager. They knock sometimes and just open your door and walk in. No respect for privacy, the only lock on the door is one they have a key for. I know they would probably enter my apartment even if I was not home. Security is an issue, the doors to the outside are open to the public and there is only a single locking deadbolt on the doors.
2) Small and Old appliances.. I have a very small fridge and a very old stove.
3) The office staff seems very helpful and nice at first, but when you have issues they are reluctant to help.
4) Parking is often a problem, there is never a space to park without walking a 1/4 mile. They also have a tow truck company that comes around putting orange stickers on peoples vehicles that they feel are in voilation.
Overall I would not think this to be a good place to live. I regret signing a lease to live here. BE AWARE! BE VERY AWARE OF THE MANAGEMENT THEY ARE EVIL!!
