I have now been a resident here for two years and I am still very happy. Eventhough I got a discount when I originally leased, they didn't jack my rent up. I think I'm only paying $6 more this year than last year. Maintenance is very clean and friendly and they always come on time when i make appointments. They have recently made some improvements with adding some parking and fixing potholes, which is nice and makes the place look great. The office staff is very friendly and knows my name whether they see me in the office or out at my car. The only thing I would change is adding or updating some of the fitness equipment. It is sort of small and you can tell the equipment is maintained but old. The shopping convenience is great and there is some new stores that just opened across the street. I still feel safe, and I appreciate seeing police patrol the neighborhood on the regular. I often tell co-workers and friends about this place. You should check it out.
